Guest speaker Stephanie Hernandez, Director of Initiatives for Family Resources will discuss topics including the Coordinated Assessment Program (CAP), how it can benefit your family, resources available through this program, and more about how qualified professionals can help families build individualized care plans.

What Is the Good Neighbor Project
The Good Neighbor Project is neighborhood program that is designed to fit the individual needs of community neighborhoods. There is no formal process to follow and there are no requirements for neighborhood boundaries, size, or meeting expectations. The goals of the program are:

  • To Empower and Stabilize neighborhoods by connecting neighbors and building meaningful relationships
  • To foster and encourage natural crime prevention and community engagement through the process of forming functioning neighborhood groups
  • To enhance communication and collaboration with citizens through a partnership with City staff and the Davenport Police Department

Register Your Neighborhood
When you register your neighborhood with the Good Neighbor Project, you add your contact information to the communication list used by Sgt Andrew Harris and Allie McWilliams to share information with you and your neighbors about community updates, opportunities, alerts, events, and more.

Submit an Anonymous Tip

The Davenport Police Department has partnered with Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities to make it simple for everyone to anonymously report information. If you see or hear something suspicious or concerning, we encourage you to submit an anonymous tip, anytime/anywhere. There are two ways to do this:
