CitiBus is proposing changes to its shuttle service to the Eastern Iowa Industrial area to better serve the community due to the addition of Sterlite and Kraft Heinz to the area. A public hearing regarding proposed changes will take place at the City Council Committee of Whole meeting to be held at 5:30pm on Tuesday, July 3rd in Council Chambers, Davenport City Hall, 226 W 4th St.
The proposed changes would improve connectivity to other bus routes, and add stops at Sterlite and Kraft-Heinz in addition to currently served Alorica (formerly APAC). The new route would operate once an hour four times in the morning, and five times in the afternoon during peak hours.
If approved, changes would go into effect Monday, August 6th.
