Halloween In Davenport

Downtown Davenport will be filled with ghouls and goblins on Sunday, October 30 as the City’s annual Halloween parade kicks off at 2:00 p.m. from 2nd and Pershing Streets. Spectators are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume and bring a bucket for candy!
A wonderful mix of youth groups, families, businesses, and school-based organizations will travel the parade route with decorated floats, vehicles of all sizes, and costumes of all kinds.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to review the road closure and parking map before heading downtown. Several downtown streets will be closed early in preparation for the parade.

Beginning at 11:30 a.m., the Redstone and RiverCenter parking ramps will be accessible via Brady Street only.  Visitors are encouraged to utilize both of these as the Harrison Street parking ramp will not be accessible after 11:30 a.m. Parking will be free in the ramps from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Free parking is also available in several parking lots south of River Drive as indicated on the map.

Parade spectators are asked to use parade designated restrooms located in the lower level of the Harrison Street parking ramp (Ripley Street side) and on the north side of the RiverCenter.
Enjoy an afternoon full of fun with friends and family. Many of downtown’s amazing businesses will be open before, during, and after the parade. Grab a bite to eat at your favorite restaurant, shop one of the many unique boutiques, stop for a drink, or grab a hot cup of coffee while visiting - there is something for everyone!
Don’t forget, Davenport’s City-wide trick-or-treat is Monday, October 31 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Parade entry application submissions are no longer being accepted.
