E 39th St between Bridge and Eastern is being re-opened today, Friday, November 17th. Intermittent alternating traffic control will occur throughout the day as site restoration activities such as seeding are completed.
CitiBus Route 10, Magenta Line, is running its regular route beginning today, Friday, November 17th.
Additional resurfacing work on E 39th between Bridge and Davenport Ave will be scheduled in 2018.

E 39th St between Bridge and Eastern will be closed to through traffic beginning, Monday, October 23rd for resurfacing work. Staff estimates work will be complete by Friday, November 17th depending, on weather and subsurface conditions.
Local traffic will have access to driveways from one westbound lane; eastbound travel will not be permitted.
Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during construction.
This project will include milling the top layer of asphalt, patching underlying pavement as necessary, fixing curbs and sidewalks, and re-paving with asphalt.
