Newly opened, Fairmount Community Center is a multi-purpose facility located at 2980 North Fairmount Street. The facility was built in 2024 and is adjacent to the Fairmount Public Library.

Reservations
Capacity is 100 with tables and chairs for 60. 

Reservations can be made 365 days in advance but should be made at least 30 days in advance of your special event. Reservations can be made in person at The River's Edge, 700 W River Dr. NEW in 2024! You can submit a reservation request online that will temporarily hold a pending date and time for your event.

Amenities:
Small gymnasium with tables (20-60" round tables), chairs (approx. 60), service kitchen/counter and access to restrooms.

Fees:
$100 refundable deposit paid at time of reservation
Friday-Sunday: 4 hour minimum $160 ($40/additional hour)
